She began her ministry formerly known as: Touch and Agree Prayer Ministry in 2016 before changing the name to We Are The Church Ministries in 2019. She continues to preach with power, wisdom, insight, and fresh revelation. Full of joy and contentment she loves spending time with her husband and daughter. Her family wholeheartedly believes in the power of prayer.

Through her intercessory ministering she offers up sweet & powerful aromas in the form of prayer. She faithfully serves as an altar call worker at her home church of 15 years. She also extends her ministry of intercessory to We Are The Church outreach ministries, her family, and community. She wholeheartedly believes in the power of prayer.

Children's Pastor Jeff Pitts & Beth Pitts

Elder Derrick Ward has faithfully served as a Deacon and Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ since 1983. His devoted and loving wife Minister Cynthia Ward has faithfully served by his side since 2006. Called and anointed by God they started their church Thunder's Tabernacle Ministry of Jesus Christ and outreach ministry Compassions' International ministry over a decade ago. They enjoy fishing and spending time with their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. They both wholeheartedly believe in the power of prayer.

Children's Pastor Jeff Pitts & Beth Pitts

With over 20 years of ministerial experience Jeff Pitts has been a children's and youth Pastor, being on staff for many years at his home church of 15 years. His lovely wife and help mate Beth Pitts has also faithfully served by his side. They are natural born encouragers who spend much of their time devoted to helping their family, friends, and those in need. They enjoy spending time with their family, friends, and grandchildren. They both wholeheartedly believe in the power of prayer.
